Racism and poor customer service by reception staff

The staff at the reception are very unfriendly and bias towards white guests vs Asian and blacks. Arrogant approach, unfriendly, not polite service. Lack of customer service. Worse in my 15 yr visit to Pattaya. Fantastic service from kitchen and food service staff. For a great value for money hotel in a great location, 5 mins walk to beach this would be hard to beat. Modorn hotel spotlessly clean. Good breakfast, good aircon and a decent size rooftop pool. A few minutes walk to Beach Road. Lots of bars and shops and massage parlours and eateries all around. The hotel is quite old and needs renovating. The women on the front desk reception are cold and unfriendly. I think they don't like their job or have become jaded.
