This luxury hotel is located directly beside a private beach at the north end of Pattaya Bay. Facility

462 rooms and 21 suites are located on 8 storeys and can be reached by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock.     Smack in the middle of Pattaya

    Okay, the hotel rooms may not be ultra modern, but they have all you need, aircon, tv, kettle, mini bar etc and are super clean and comfortable...thankyou to Manop especially for making our stay even warmer....The hotel itself is bang in the middle of everywhere on top of the beach with all the entertainment, food and drinks you need...Breakfast is great with so many choices, thai, English breakfast (thai style) Indian, sushi etc etc..Saifon made our morning with her beautiful smile and all the staff were wonderful, professional and friendly...Didn't do that much in the hotel as out exploring, but daily suntanning was great with a choice of 3 pools..Most have shade all day, we opted for the bit with the waterfall which had 11 hours full on sun daily...The pool guys are constantly walking around tidying up etc..Honestly, do not be put off by negative reviews on dirty carpets etc, as we found this hotel to be an amazing experience and will genuinely stay here when next in Pattaya Thomas Christiansen, General Manager at Dusit Thani Pattaya, responded to this review Greetings from Dusit Thani Pattaya,Thank you so much for your thoughtful and detailed review!     An Unforgettable Birthday Escape ✨

    This hotel is just amazing!!! The staff were all so warm and welcoming. We recently celebrated my birthday here, and it was such a special and memorable experience. From the moment we checked in with Buppagon, we already felt at home.The room (Premier Room) was nice, spacious, and clean, with a beautiful pool and sea view.The housekeeping staff are very detail-oriented, and all our requests were granted. We asked for two bath mats because we wanted more coverage, but Kornvaraiphan provided one large mat that was just perfect for our preference.The pool bar staff were also amazing! Thank you to Natachan and Narongchai for taking such great care of us during the two days we spent by the pool.Also, a big thanks to The Bay team — Patcharin, Natthapong, Waraporn, Todsaporn, and Thawiphon — for making my birthday extra special, especially with the complimentary birthday cake surprise. Tip: order their steak from the mains — it was sooo good and literally melts in your mouth!And thank you to Jantarawan for the smooth check-out process!The only thing that could be improved is the Wi-Fi connection in the room, as the signal was quite weak and would occasionally disconnect.
