We’ve stayed at Centara Properties elsewhere, hence booked this, which was a mistake. Zero hospitality, irrational policies & non cooperative staff. First day we checked in late and asked for an extra towel since we had a kid as well. We were denied citing a policy that only two towels are given per room once.
