The hotel felt very run down. Not a 4 star hotel you expect. The positive aspects are that the family suite is large with 2 rooms and a front door and the bed itself was soft and comfortable compared to some other hotels in Thailand. The pool didn’t have many chairs but overall was ok. And the breakfast was ok too. The negatives are that the shuttle bus takes about 5 mins drive to the beach but yo… The hotel felt very run down. I stayed in a pool view room and had a truly pleasant experience. The room was well-designed, comfortable, and allowed for a restful night's sleep.
