    This hotel provides outstanding service, especially at the reception desk where the staff are cheerful, friendly, and very helpful in explaining the hotel’s services. Guests are offered a welcome drink while waiting to check in, which creates a pleasant first impression.The guest area restrooms are also exceptionally clean and have a fresh, fragrant scent, reflecting the hotel’s high standards of cleanliness.

    The staff were so good. I forgot to collect the change of 500 baht they had given me, but the staff came looking for me and handed over the money. Thank you Beston for the amazing experience.

    Dirty with Cockroaches and warm air on that stinks of damp

    This hotel is dirty and low quality. Warm air con and cockroaches in the bathroom. Won't refund despite only being here 1 hour. Offered a change of room to a room in full sunlight and stinking of damp. Compensation was offered as a free breakfast. Pathetic. AVOID AND LOOK ELSEWHERE. this is substandard.

    The hotel looks OK, very clean rooms, the staff is friendly, and breakfast is varieties.in the evening not many customers a bit quiet, The Bartender at the pool is very polite and so friendly, food was delicious and cocktail was tasty nice. we will come back again.
