Thank you for your response.I will definitely return once I have your assurrance that there are hand rails on all stairs and safe lighting too, no charge for water at breakfast and plentiful coffee pods in the room with no extra charge. These changes are all consistent with adhering to 5 star hotel rating. The resort has a calm and private atmosphere, surrounded by lush greenery. It feels quite secluded compared to the busy areas of Pattaya, which makes it ideal for a peaceful getaway.The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bed was good, and all basic amenities were provided. Lovely place for a family vacation. Swimming vibes is just great, kids can easily enjoy a kids pool area. Family’s room is super huge with a bunk bed for kids.
