    From the moment I arrived, Jezy made me feel like family. She welcomed me with a warm hug, always took care of every detail, and genuinely cared about my wellbeing throughout my stay.I chose to come back for a second time largely because of her kindness and exceptional service.     I have been meaning to write this review since October 2025, however I will say in this case, better late than never. Our stay at Melia Koh Samui was nothing short of exceptional. We’ve been fortunate enough to travel to many beautiful places over the years, but this was genuinely the best holiday we have ever had.From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome. Every member of staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, always greeting us with genuine warmth and kindness. The level of service throughout the resort was outstanding. We were greeted with warmth and kindness at every interaction. No question was too big or too small for the team.We were lucky enough to have booked the level package, meaning we had lounge access, private check in and other perks during our stay like free transport to and from the airport and a free massage. The resort itself is absolutely stunning. The grounds are immaculate, the atmosphere is peaceful and luxurious,there are staff out maintaining the ground every morning and they too greet you with a smile. Our boat suite was beautiful, comfortable, and was the best room we have ever stayed in during a holiday. We were able to rent a motorbike with the help of the staff at the hotel, we saw so much of what a beautiful island Koh Samui is. What made this holiday so special wasn’t just the beautiful setting, but the feeling we had throughout our stay. This was mostly due to the incredible hospitality of every single staff member. They are truly so happy to have you as their guest. Thank you to everyone at Melia Koh Samui, especially Lisa, Queen, Seen, Tamarind, Keng, the kitchen staff who made the special Loy Krathong celebration unforgettable, our driver when we arrived and departed, and all of the other staff we had the pleasure of meeting.
