The hotel location is excellent in the old city with several temples and restaurants within the walking distance. The hotel staff are all professional and efficient. They are also warm and helpful in every respect. The hotel room is comfortable and the balcony is spacious and an excellent place to hide away from the sun and heat after sightseeing. Very adequate hotel. Staff ok. Buffet breakfast quite nice. Reasonably central. Tuk tuk handy and cheap (50 thb per hour). Nice pool and relaxing area. Bar area nice. Lacking hot water
This hotel is in a great location, right in the heart of Chiang Mai old city. Very comfortable room and very friendly, helpful staff. Great Pina Colada at the pool bar. My only complaint is the lack of hot water. The hotel is aware of it as it is mentioned in the hotel guide but obviously isn't prepared to address it. Hotel with very different rooms ( good and more then less good).
We stayed here twice in 1 week. Very different experiences. First time om second floor: spacious modern room. Big bathroom and a good bed. All looked great. Second time: 3th floor. Room looked older bathroom very small. Room was very noisy. Bed really low just 25cm from floor to top of matras.
