    I was very impressed by the people here; they are very kind and nice. In the early of morning, I need to print a document for the business required, I come to the reception and seek help. Luckily I met Ms Yok who is very nice and supported to help me print even 4 copies with 15 pages per copyThank you so much for your support and facility here

    The hotel was excellent, the staff was fantastic. Yok, baifern, sobah, BAM were all excellent at their job and were very attentive to my groups needs. I would recommend the hotel and all the staff.

    We are having such an amazing time at the Valia hotel! We were checked in by Yok and she’s so sweet and lovely! Always gives us a smile when we see her down at the lobby! Couldn’t fault it!
