    We stayed at the SO for two nights in June 2026.This was an easy stay at an excellent facility. Service levels were high.There are some quirks to the rooms that will not suit everyone - function sometimes sacrificed for design, but outside that I have no complaints.Breakfast buffet was excellent, and the lounge was absolutely outstanding.ALL Platinum status was acknowledged, and I was very happy with upgrades and gifts.You can book with confidence - this is an excellent hotel.
