I have no..ZERO idea how one would rate this hotel below a four (4).respectfully, i see many cultures here and their idea of standards is paying $30 for a hotel room expecting the service and such of a $200 a night hotel. i have seen/experience this many times…

good location, clean, very kind staff
Nice room (and bathroom), very clean, big fridge. If you have to do near or at Kasetart University its fine. The breakfast is separate and for asian style ( so I can not really recommend it). Many food places around, as well as motorbike-taxis.
