    Our stay at Grand Mercure Atrium was amazing! Very hospitable staff, and a special thank you to Siri at the front desk for her exceptional help and patience. We accidentally left our sunglasses in a taxi, and she kindly assisted us by speaking with the driver in Thai and helping us coordinate their return. She was polite, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout. We truly appreciate her kindness and excellent service.

    I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere appreciation and recognition for the exceptional service provided by Khun Naruporn Thongsri, Guest Relations Manage, during my recent stay at your hotel.During my stay on the 18th floor, I experienced a significant disturbance from the adjacent room. As the rooms were connected, excessive noise from the neighboring guests continued for an extended period of time, making it difficult to rest comfortably.I subsequently visited the Front Office and spoke with Khun Naruporn regarding the situation. From the moment she attended to me, she demonstrated remarkable professionalism, patience, and genuine care. She listened attentively to my concerns, showed sincere empathy, and handled the matter with courtesy and understanding. Most importantly, she immediately took ownership of the issue and proactively offered to arrange a room change to ensure my comfort.Approximately one hour later, Khun Naruporn personally contacted me and informed me that she had successfully arranged a new room on the 23rd floor. Her prompt follow-up and dedication to resolving the issue exceeded my expectations and significantly improved my overall stay experience.I would also like to mention that this is not the first time I have stayed at Grand Mercure Bangkok Atrium. On several previous occasions, Khun Naruporn has consistently provided outstanding service. She is always friendly, approachable, cheerful, and genuinely willing to assist guests.
