On paper and in pictures, everything looks like it could be ok at this resort, however, the reality is much different. The hotel is dirty, shabby, lacking in atmosphere and has inadequate facilities for the number of rooms (not enough space at the pool or private beach). The food is awful. Absolutely beautifull but otherwise the worst experience ever.Normale we do write reviews but in this case we would like to inform other travellers.Most, not all of the Staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. My wife was urged , although sick in bed, to make both rooms vacant after two nights (while fam. On snorkelling trip) during 5 nights stay. Was really good and great service and very quiet and respectful to everyone. But … suddenly the big family came to celebrate maybe around 20 people and was feeling like we were in someone’s party who rented all hotel . Probably they were family of the owner or manager but it was very disrespectful to other visitors 😡 they were very loud and annoying ( not kids ) and they ate on the swimming pool… Was really good and great service and very quiet and respectful to everyone. Wonderful boutique hotel. Beautiful beach, very tasty food and smiling hotel staff. On-site gym (it's a bit old, but it's there) and two swimming pools. Large selection of drinks and a la carte dinner. Open buffet breakfasts and dinners. Rooms cleaned daily.
