Great location and nice rooms
Location was fantastic, easy walk to many of the main sights and close to the train station. The tower suite was beautiful and spacious. Everything felt clean and well-designed. The breakfast was just okay, nothing special, but was nice to have.

Nice hotel in general ! Some notes:Breakfast quality must be improved . Housekeeping is very polite ! You need to add iron in the room its a must for everybody ! The gentleman with the blue eyes at the reception i think the name is dennis is very professional…

Disappointing service and poor state of the room. Never 4 star quality
We spent 2 nights as a couple in Room 405. The heating in the bathroom did not work throughout our stay. We asked 3! Times for it to be fixed but nothing happened. Freezing shower/bathroom all 2 days. Also the Ventilator did not work which meant the whole bath…
