The hotel is located in the valley of Visp at the foot of the Matterhorn, in the heart of the Alps of the Valais in Switzerland. The town centre is around 500 m away and guests will find the nearest shopping some 100 m away, the nearest bars and restaurants around 200-300 m away and other nightlife options some 750 m away. The bus station and links to the public transport network are roughly 900 m from the hotel.

The hotel was built in 1903. 32 non-smoking rooms, including 5 single rooms and 22 double rooms, are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service.
