About Hotel Restaurant Walserhof
Nestled in an alpine valley, the hotel is situated in Medels in the Rheinwald-Splügen region of the Canton of Graubünden, Switzerland. The hotel enjoys easy access to its magnificent natural surroundings because it is situated on the axis of the San Bernardino Pass and tunnel. In the summer, Italy is reachable by the Splügen Pass (Passo dello Spluga) in about 10 km. The main attractions, including Crestawald Fortress Museum, the Rofla and Via Mala Gorges (waterfalls, canyon and museum) and the Aquandeer spa and thermal bath are reachable in less than 15 minutes.
Guests have a choice of 12 non-smoking rooms, including 11 double rooms. English- and German-speaking staff are happy to assist and advise. Services and facilities include a safe, a TV room, a transfer service, a laundry service, a conference room, a fax machine and a banquet hall. Wireless internet access in public areas (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air.
