Adorable cabin like rooms. Restaurant is good. 10 min walk to the ‘city center’ and 15-20 min walk to the train station. Awesome amenities for kids like a little racetrack. I made use of the ping pong table. If you’re into skiing/snowy activities this is the spot to be, because the lift is literally across the hotel. Rooms can be a little loud at night. Maybe the best hotel experience I've had. The staff are so nice and helpful, the room was perfect - clean, ready on time, had all the right amenities. Lovely restaurant on site. I had no idea where to ski; the team at Arc were knowledgable and eager to make sure I had the best time on the slopes. Stayed in an apartment in the Micheline Chalet next to the hotel, sking the first week in February.The Eggli gondola is ideally located less than a minute from the hotel making the ski area so accessible.Accommodation was spacious, well designed and spotlessly clean.
