Amazing service and location

The staff was the best one we have come across during all hotel stays. They helped us with everything we needed in and out of the hotel. The location was amazing, right in the centre of Gstaad and next to the train station. The rooms were super clean and organised. Overall the whole experience was delightful. Would 100% recommend. I seriously can not recommend this hotel enough. It is truly lovely - homely, cozy, perfectly pitched decor. But by far the winning factor - the phenomenal team. Courteous, multi lingual, natural, kind, efficient. And to boot! They clearly enjoyed their work and took pride in it. Kudos to the owners for valuing and motivating their employees!
