Glad transport from train was available but driver not particularly friendly. Reception friendly and inviting. Overall hotel had a somewhat well worn feel to it. Friends had decent size room, ours was noticeably smaller which didn't make sense. Most disappointing aspect of hotel was dining area. Very uninviting. We stayed in this hotel for two nights as part of a tour of Switzerland. We arrived in St Moritz on the Glacier Express. A really nice hotel. Initially we nearly missed our pickup outside the train station as someone else poached our ride but I chased the driver and we got the taxi! The hotel staff at check in were very welcoming. First I want to preface. this was a chosen hotel by a tour company and be aware there are a ton of tour companies that go through here!I’ll start with breakfast because it was an absolute disaster and the staff were overwhelmed and not very nice except for one young man. The hotel is well located but has no air conditioning. Gets a little warm in the summer so it’s a little uncomfortable. Breakfast was good. Rooms had no usb or c ports to charge your phone. Very welcoming team and located right in the heart of St Moritz.
