Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay at Suitenhotel Parco Paradiso. Friendly and helpful staff, perfect location and the best breakfast we had during our Honeymoon. We got upgraded to a Suite which was sooo kind. The Suite was simply unbelievable. It had everything we needed and more, with the most insane view overlooking Paradiso and Lugano. This is a nice hotel but in the wrong location unless you have a car. Our travel agent told us this hotel was at the side of Lake Lugano but in fact it is up a very steep hill and it was difficult to find. We were told to get off the train at Paradiso train station because it is close to the hotel. Great location with a fantastic view across Lugano bay and not far from the funicular up San Salvatore. We had a wonderful stay - very nice, helpful, polite staff at reception and restaurant, sparkling clean, comfortable studio, extraordinary breakfast in a high quality location.
