We came here spontaneously late at night because we are on a road trip and were too tired to drive. Juan at the reception was extremely friendly and forthcoming. He helped us with a couple questions we had and gave us a very nice and clean room for the night. All the Staff really really nice, breakfast perfect, restaurant good, room great. The pool is perfect to relax after long business day; I can see “area of improvement” on the Gym: very basic and it would be easy to make it better. After reading the reviews, I hesitated before booking this hotel. I am so glad I went ahead and booked it as it is a good 4 star hotel.The hotel was well located being just a short walk from the lake and just up the road from the bus stop.Our room was of a reasonable size and had a luggage rack that took 2 large suitcases which we really appreciated.
