    Fantastic Hotel

    Perfect. The hospitality from the staff was great. The views of the lake and mountains were amazing. The rooms were clean. Our server Ramona was so nice and we enjoyed hearing about her German background. The food was delicious. And the little vineyard on property was a really nice touch. The bus stop located right next to the hotel was perfect for getting into the downtown area. Would definitely return!

    Lakeside room with balcony is just fantastic view and sunny. Very quiet hotel. Good service with friendly staff. Restaurant open all afternoon /evening. Good menu. Relaxing terrace over looking the lake. Pool, hot tub, sauna and steam Room. Free bus ride into old town Lucerne.

    Stayed at this hotel for two nights while in Lucerne. Its a beautiful properly by the lakeside and still away from the touristy location. The room was absolutely beautiful and big. I had a lake view room booked and the balcony was good with a view though it was very misty and we couldnt enjoy that much.The pillow alone was quite funny that the moment you put your head on it, it becomes flat. However we mentioned to them and they immediately gave us extra pillows. If the property is full, this definitely could be a concern as its not the most comfortable one.The breakfast was good and had some varieties. The staff were also friendly, especially Vanessa at the reception who was very kind and helpful.Everything about this property was good and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

    Excellent hotel, fantastic location, lake views are fabulous. Staff were friendly and very helpful. We had a double room with lake view. Balcony was nicely private. Room was a good size with a well appointed toilet with shower. The shower was very good, lots of hot water and good water pressure. We enjoyed the food, eating on the terrace was a joy.Hotel provide a ticket for free bus travel to Lucerne which is really useful. Otherwise you get a boat from Lucerne to the hotel - that is a great way to arrive for your stay.     Fantastic Stay with Superb Customer Service!

    My husband and I stayed here for part of our honeymoon and it was a WONDERFUL experience. Victor and the rest of the staff were fantastic and so hospitable. Each staff member was so welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure a great stay. The hotel is very clean and the view on the patio is picturesque.
