The location was wonderful and the rooms were excellent and comfortable. I am writing to ask what brand of pillows are utilized in the rooms? Not once did I wake up with my neck hurting. The Royal Savoy Hotel & Spa is an absolutely beautiful place to stay in the wonderful city of Lausanne. We were on a girls' trip and we couldn't have been happier about our stay.
