Today was our 30. Anniversary, unfortunately no recognition. It was mentioned before. Very poor service, specially the French Lady at the restaurant didn’t like to speak in English and she told that to us in person. The room reeked of vomit or dirty shoes. At checkout, the receptionist attempted to charge me 100 CHF for breakfast, which was already included in the price!
