Poor service - stay elsewhere
Chose the hotel for its central location and the (assumed) 4 star service. The room was okay and the location was great. However, I’ve been extremely disappointed with their service. First, during check-in the kiosk check-in did not work. It was 3:45 pm and it said the room was not ready yet although check-in was at 3:00 pm. Nice Hotel near the Metro and Gare. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Only minutes from beautiful Ouchy on the Metro.The quality of the towels etc was poor, they need new ones. Breakfast was quite good, not amazing but adequate. A late check out costs Good sized room, air con not cool enough as hot outside. Overall it was perfectly fine.Nice Hotel near the Metro and Gare. Overall, the hotel was good, but unfortunately the staff and the quality of service were disappointing for that Price.

WORST STAY EVER
When I saw the amenities, it said air conditioning but when I got there, they mentioned it depends on the months when we can turn it on. This means leaving the window open just to stay comfortable but doing so means allowing the noise of the busy street to come in the room. The receptionists were also very very rude and cold. A great location in a great city.
An amazingly big, beautiful hotel, with plants everywhere inside the lobby and restaurants. Our room had a wall of windows, and it was very reasonably priced. The hotel was about 10 minutes from the train station, it was a bit of an uphill climb, but well worth it. The hotel is close to the city center and the staff was very helpful.
