    ... then book a different place - haha! I was there for business and had all of the meetings in the old town. So, no brainer to stay here. It is "affordable luxury" - will return again!

    Horrible experience at checkin led to horrible experience. The checkin employee made it very clear, very loudly I was not Swiss and it became an embarrassing experience for her as people watched.
