Very nice place for family holiday. Restaurant Nani’s is good, facilities are great and modern, really enjoyed the pool and the time slot for kids, complemented by the Spa. Location is good, Coop pronto in front very useful, shuttle every 5min to the slops. We are a family of 4 with two boys 6 and 8, and can only recommend this place. We had a very nice two night visit at this hotel. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, suggesting various hikes and restaurants in the area. With the Guest card we could take public transport in Flims/Laax for free and got sizeable discounts for entry fees, for example at the Caumasee. Overall excellent experience during our stay in this place. The apartment was super clean, spacious, silent and well equipped. The staff was lovely, always helping, had prepared my prerequisites for my special diet. We could leave the car in the parking the last day and enjoy the full day of ski. We spend one week in 2 bedroom apartment. Very good quality of everything! Equipment of the kitchen was excellent. All what we needed. 3 ski lockers for apartment was very comfortable! Plenty of Space and almost everything you need

We stayed in a 2.5 room Apartment which sounds misleading. It is actually a 1 bedroom with a pull out single bed hidden in a sideboard in the main living area. I guess someone could sleep on the couch too but that would be very crowded. It was perfect for 3 of us. Tons of closet storage and shelving, plus a large walk in room to store luggage and extras.
