Clean, modern hotel. The room was quiet and quite comfortable, and provided a darkened sleeping experience. Enjoyed the shower and breakfast. Staff were pleasant and accommodating. We found The Passage to be a lovely spot to land for a couple of nights. It was extremely clean; the staff was very friendly and also very helpful with requests and making suggestions. We were warmly welcomed by the front office, who did an amazing job—special thanks to Jasmenika for being so welcoming. All staff, even during the night shift, were outstanding.The hotel is extremely clean, both in the hallways and in the rooms. The shower was an amazing experience—very powerful and satisfying.
