Disappointing stay with poor room conditions and no real VIP recognition

As a loyal and frequent Radisson guest, with great experiences in most all of their hotels, I found this stay very disappointing. The hotel did not provide the expected VIP membership benefits did not allow earlier check-in even though they where not busy, and initially placed me in a substandard room that was extremely hot and clearly not in proper working condition.
