Went for a meal with a party and had a terrible experience, service was unbelievably slow and some people had finished before others had their meals. Booking sorted - phew!

We had booked nearly a year ago as part of a longer trip and when we arrived they did not have a reservation for us. Antonio on the desk was very helpful, sorted it all, explaining their computer system had been updated. We had a very good stay. We went to Basel for a few days with our teenage boys. Hotel was great location wise. You can get a bus free from the airport and it drops you outside the train station which is opposite the hotel.We had a good sized family room, clean and modern . The hotel gave us a pass which gets you 50% off museums and the zoo and also free tram travel.Breakfast was included and was a really good choice. Hotel is secured and need to tap in after certain timing during peak period. Hotel has wonderful beds and is quiet and can give us a restful holiday.
