We chose this hotel for its proximity to the river cruise dock and the old town. As it happened, our river cruise ship had to dock further away because of the low water levels.Still, the hotel was conveniently located, quiet, clean and comfortable. While the location was good and the front desk staff were helpful and friendly, there were a few things that were not so good. The air conditioning units did not cool as they should. We can’t say enough great things about this hotel. The location is perfect to explore the beautiful streets, amazing restaurants walking distance, the Rhine river right across the street!
