>100 nights per year away from home and this is one of my favorites!

This hotel exceeded all my expectations for its price point. It may not be a luxury stay, but it is exponentially nicer than comparable hotels, primarily due to its exceptional value and quality service. Here’s why it performs so well above its category: Outstanding Staff: Every interaction with the employees, from check-in to maintenance, was fantastic. The staff makes you feel right at home. Yolande was a star!

We found the service at this hotel was excellent. British Airways cancelled our flight at the last minute and we stayed here whilst we waiting for our next available flight. The staff could not have been more helpful, mitigating a stressful situation for 4 pensioners! We must give a special mention to Yolande who looked after us and could not have been more professional, helpful and friendly which… We found the service at this hotel was excellent. Very convenient

A very convenient hotel close to Basel airport. The hotel is ideal without a car. The airport bus link between the city and the airport stops at the hotel so great for getting to both city and the airport. In addition there is a shuttle service which can be booked. The hotel has unusual decor but the rooms are spacious, well equipped and soundproofed. Breakfast is extensive in the main dining room… A very convenient hotel close to Basel airport. Kind reception staff, particularly Maram
31 Aug 2025
Not only was this a lovely hotel with great rooms, my main reason for the review is to praise and congratulate your hotel on your reception staff. We stayed from the 16-18 August due to an Easyjet flight cancellation, and we had suffered a family bereavement only a couple of days earlier. Maram a lady receptionist dealt with us beautifully and with such kindness when she was aware of this, and I w… Not only was this a lovely hotel with great rooms, my main reason for the review is to praise and congratulate your hotel on your reception staff. I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the treatment my partner and I received during our stay at Basel Airport Hotel, Room 814, from 16/08/2025 to 17/08/2025. We were referred to your establishment due to flight disruption, exhausted and stressed, and instead of support we experienced a series of unacceptable incidents. The check-in process was unnecessarily lengthy, and despite being… I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the treatment my partner and I received during our stay at Basel Airport Hotel, Room 814, from 16/08/2025 to 17/08/2025.
