the hotel does not inform guests upon check in that the rooms are not cleaned nor towels changed in case of multiple nights stays. Breakfast ok but could be improved. Accidentally booked Strawberry in Solna instead of Strawberry in Malmö. Could not be rebooked. Could not be refunded. Now I have paid twice for 3 nights. Little to no understanding or flexibility from Strawberry. A minimum of 50% refund would have been appropriate. I chose this hotel as it was close to Hyllie station as my base for doing sydkustleden bike ride. It was perfect, friendly staff, literally at the station and a superb buffet breakfast, along with a secure place to store my bike overnight. Also easy to get to downtown Malmö and right beside the excellent Emporia shopping centre. Everything fine but the support on the front desk. I needed heplp with souna and I was refused. I asked politely and than I was refused strongly. That was very weird. 300m meters next to it is Malmo Arena hotel. They have better service. I have been few times in both.
