Sadly the staff have no compassion and won't make any allowance for someone that has developed a major health condition. Even when offering a medical certificate a refund was refused. Partial refund also refused and no opportunity to move the booking to another date for when I might be well enough to go to the hotel. info Receptionen, Guest Services / Front Office at Moment Hotels, responded to… Read moreSadly the staff have no compassion and won't make any allowance for someone that has developed a major health condition. Great find

  07 May 2026

Really impressed, Sweden is not cheap that for sure. This was one of the best priced that I could find and I was pleasantly surprised. Friendly staff, super clean room (although compact) and the location was excellent as it is directly opposite the main train station and a 5 minute walk to the main square. What I was impressed with was the breakfast quality... Admittedly there was no hot option, b… Read moreReally impressed, Sweden is not cheap that for sure.
