Poor room cleaning, old hair from previous guests and dirt on the floor. The settings on the AC was set to the highest (cold) and couldn’t be changed so I had a very cold night. A really nice hotel with a great location in the center of the city of Gothenburg. The stuff is really friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast is generous and the breakfast area and cafe-bar are really spacious and nice. The receptionist was amazing. A blonde, nice girl checked us in. Really service oriented and answered all my questions.The room felt a bit small. Quite ok hotel, but had very bad experience. My clothes were taken from my room by cleaner. I was able to get them back, but took some time and effort. Chose this hotel due to its close proximity to Scandinavium stadium. I had booked a standard room for one person. Friendly and helpfull staff, nice breakfast and as promised, just a short stroll to the stadium. Room was small and worn out and the pillows were tiny.
