Awful service
The rooms where quite ok, service inthe front desk was good but terrible service in the restaurant in the evening. We had to abort our visit due to the poor service.Never again. Basic Experience Falls Short of Competitors’ Value and Loyalty Benefits
Other hotels in central Gothenburg offer better value for the price (e.g., Radisson, Gothia Tower, Avalon). While the rooms are clean, the bedding and cushions are basic. Breakfast is fine but the selection is more limited than at other hotels, and overall food quality is acceptable—though the juice machine reminds me of my old school canteen.
