Good location, but with a few details that could be improved.

There were a few things I missed in the room. For example, more space to hang my clothes or put things away. I don’t like having to keep my suitcase open on the floor all the time.I also missed having a refrigerator so I could keep drinks cold.I would have appreciated the option to make coffee in the room.I also missed having an extra towel or a bath mat/towel to place on the floor after showering… There were a few things I missed in the room. The location is good, right next to the central station. However, the hotel (that used to be quite good) has declined. The room was shabby and uncozy, there was black mold in the bathroom. There was a flood on the floorwhen I had a shower. The breakfast was avarage, but the price is ridiculous. Location was a huge factor for me, and being just a few steps from the central station was perfect. The atmosphere was amazing, and our room actually exceeded our expectations! It’s not worth it at all

We had a small welcome fruit and cheese platter in the room. When we left to go shopping, someone came in and took it away without telling us—almost like a ninja. It was probably meant for another room, but it felt like a very cheap move. I would have gladly paid for it.Don’t waste your time if you’re traveling with family.
