  Pubic hair on the edge of the bathtub and dirty towels were reported to the reception, and I was offered a new room but chose to receive new towels instead. However, the pubic hair remained after the change. In the morning, the switch between the showerhead and the bathtub faucet didn’t work, so I had to wash myself in the bathtub instead of taking a shower. Upon checkout, I mentioned this as well and received an apology. There are both better and cleaner hotels to choose from in the area.   Extremely Disappointed – Would Not RecommendWe had to change rooms twice due to poor cleaning. The rooms were dirty with a lot of dust, and the entire hallway leading to the rooms was in terrible condition – dirty, with broken glass on the floor and overflowing trash cans without liners. It was obvious that the place hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. Despite this, we were not allowed to check in early because the staff claimed no rooms were ready. The whole stay felt unprofessional and far below expectations.   Great hotel with room for improvement in the restaurant

  The room was nice with a great view of Gothenburg. The service at the front desk and bar was excellent – friendly and professional. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and in a great location.However, the breakfast and restaurant experience could use an upgrade. Breakfast was a bit dull with limited and uninspiring options. Dinner service was slow, and the burger was overly salty. I’ve given feedback about this before. It’s hard to be impressed when you have to wait over ten minutes to place an order after signaling that you’re ready – especially in an almost empty restaurant.Still, this is a very good hotel overall, and I’m hopeful the dining experience will improve over time. The rest of the service, especially at reception, was truly great.
