Pubic hair on the edge of the bathtub and dirty towels were reported to the reception, and I was offered a new room but chose to receive new towels instead. However, the pubic hair remained after the change. In the morning, the switch between the showerhead and the bathtub faucet didn’t work, so I had to wash myself in the bathtub instead of taking a shower. Extremely Disappointed – Would Not RecommendWe had to change rooms twice due to poor cleaning. The rooms were dirty with a lot of dust, and the entire hallway leading to the rooms was in terrible condition – dirty, with broken glass on the floor and overflowing trash cans without liners. It was obvious that the place hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. The room was nice with a great view of Gothenburg. The service at the front desk and bar was excellent – friendly and professional. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and in a great location.However, the breakfast and restaurant experience could use an upgrade. Breakfast was a bit dull with limited and uninspiring options.
