The staff were exceptionally welcoming and polite, which made a great first impression. I’d like to give a special mention to the young man (I didn't catch his name, but he had blond hair) who checked me in. The public transportation system in Göteborg is excellent. And this hotel is perfectly located to take advantage of the trains, busses, trams, and even the airport shuttle as the hotel is the only hotel that is attached to the terminal building.
