The hotel was well situated.The room was large and comfortable.Breakfast was the best we had on the entire trip. We had a superior double room which was excellent with loads of space. All the staff were friendly and very helpful especially when we didn't arrive until after midnight. The breakfasts were really good with lots to choose from, both hot and cold food. This hotel is also well situated near to great transport links and all that Gothenburg has to offer. Hotel Lorensberg was an excellent base for my two-night concert trip to Gothenburg. Location was top-notch; Scandinavium is right there, you can walk to just about anywhere within city center, or if you do not feel like walking, there are several public transport stops close by - including an airport bus stop! This is fine hotel! I have stayed here many times and am always happy to return. I appreciate the simplicity, the welcome of the staff, the quality of the breakfast, the availability of coffee, tea and water throughout the day.
