Stayed here back in March as a solo traveller. During this period the breakfast room was being refurbished so only received a breakfast in a bag containing yoghurt, sandwich and fruit. There was coffee available too. The hotel is in a central location in the newer area of town. The main entrance is locked at 22:00 with staff granting access. Decent hotel in a great location close to vars, restaurants, cafe, shops, train station and public transportation. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable. Decent breakfast. Good value for money. What do some of the people writing reviews expect? It is cheaper than a lot of hotels in the area, that is why you chose it, so do not expect 5 star treatment. The hotel is spotless and is cleaned all day long. The rooms are a little small (I was a solo traveller in a double) but it was all that I needed. Terrible treatment in the reception.
A mistake was made when the room was booked from my side. I missed the detail that there were bunkbeds with weight limits.After checking in and noticing my mistake, the receptionist met me arrogance and no customer service at all.No will to acctually help us out of the problem.I comparison to other times thing has gotten wrong this was by far the worst approach and treatment I’ve met in a hotel.… A mistake was made when the room was booked from my side.
