    The hotel was good for our stay but we were very disappointed with the accomodation for our guide. The room he was in had bedbugs and when they complained the were not given an alternative room and just ignored the complaint This is very difficult for us as our guide has done everything to make our Sri Lankan experience amazing We would expect better of a high class hotel
