Beautiful location i have been to most of the hotels in Sri Lankan but never tasted food like in Radisson gall . 5 star staff but 2 for the following.Second hotel who advised no booking (another couple had same problem and our guides/driver had to correct problem). Were given disability room which was good but had a dirty floor. Next day no service (same other couple) phoned house keeping someone came to service and swept floor with broom of fluff and dirt into shower.We wanted to go the the beach for dinner… 5 star staff but 2 for the following.Second hotel who advised no booking (another couple had same problem and our guides/driver had to correct problem).
