Overall very good experience. Hotel was full so we did not get the upgrade but reception staff very helpful.

Location excellent- lifts problematic and take a while to get to the floor.Power outages seem to be managed ok.Cleaning done when requested and mahendra is excellent.

We ate at cafe CN for a light breakfast. Luvindha served us. Luvindha was very pleasant and happy. She made us 2 special coffee’s that made us smile. Overall a very relaxed experience. Thank you.
