Went to put me in a different cheaper hotel (without even telling me they’d booked me into a different hotel, only saying ‘your room is in the next building’) and pocket my money for the difference in price! I paid for this room 3 months in advance. Not once did I receive an apology for their attempted deceit. Great stay at centrally located hotel. Very good staff particularly on the front desk, lovely assistants in the breakfast area and from Sampath looking after our room.Great stay at centrally located hotel. The staff were friendly and rooms were spacious and comfortable.However it was impossible to sleep. The hotel is opposite a restaurant square where they play live music. When we stayed (on a Saturday night) it was rock music with an energetic drummer…and this went on until between 1-2am.
