A return visit
This was our second visit to this hotel. The hotel itself is full of character and the gardens are beautiful. This time we had a suite which was huge and elegantly decorated with a private patio where we enjoyed drinks from the bar. The staff are eager to please and the food and service in the restaurant was very good. Hopefully we will be back. Excellent staff
What impressed us most was the staff. They were willing to meet guest needs and went out of the way to ensure that everything was in order. Special thanks to Kalpa Buddhika Chaminda the Chef and team. The rooms were besutiful and full of character. Room service and cleanliness were excellent. Plenty of quiet corners to relax. Beautiful, peaceful, and very thoughtful, adaptable service
A beautiful space with an open, spacious design. Incredibly peaceful, right next to the beach. The food, the pools, and the service were all amazing. The staff are excellent, very thoughtful, and quick to adapt to our needs. We also enjoyed the easy access to Bentota's many great seafood restaurants. Second Visit - needs a deep clean
This was our second stay here, and it wasn't as good as the previous time. I know the property has changed management companies so maybe that is why.The restaurants were okay and the food was okay (I recall the food being exceptional). Our room was comfortable but tired and in need of a renovation. There was black mould in the shower so basic maintenance / cleanliness was missing. I know this is a… This was our second stay here, and it wasn't as good as the previous time.
