  Great place to lay your head

  Easy to access in a suburb of Zaragoza, they have underground parking which is secure, you do pay extra for this, but it felt worth it. The lovely Edouard greeted us, and gave guidance, recommending a place for food, which was great. The room was clean, and comfortable, we did not have the breakfast, so cannot comment on that. Thanks for an easy stay

  Disappointingly Bland

  We asked for a Wake Up call at 05:45 and taxi at 06:30. Instead we got a knock at the door at 6:30 and no wake up call.Otherwise the beds were comfy and air conditioning was great; showers were great too. The restaurant is less than appealing and the location is not ideal for tourists.   Good value, basic, but functional rooms

  Having read some of the previous reviews I was rather apprehensive about this hotel especially as the immediate surroundings are not pretty but a working district and my initial impression of the reception and communal areas was not encouraging . The receptionists were not gushingly welcoming but they did their job. When I requested a quiet room one receptionist pointed out to the other (in spanish) that the room that was already allocated to us was not the most suitable. They took some time in selecting a different one. My initial concerns were alleviated by our decent sized, basic but pleasant and functional room. The bathroom was also of a decent size. The communal areas and small elements of the room would benefit from some minor repairs and refurbishment but all areas were clean. The lift was good. There were no beverage facilities in the room.We paid for underground parking which was adequate. We did not sample breakfast or the adjacent bar. Our quiet room was at the back of the hotel and, although overlooking some bins, and these were emptied in the morning, there was not excessive noise. We also had an adjoining door to the next room so could hear the neighbouring Spaniard holding quite a lengthy phone conversation. However, this stopped at 10.30 pm.There is a Mercadona supermarket a short walk up the main street. Having been in the car all day we were happy to take the 35/40 min walk in to the centre the next day. The walk took us through a mixed residential and commercial area with several bars. At no time did we feel ill at ease. The centre of Zaragoza is magnificent and well worth the visit. This hotel was great for what we wanted - a reasonably priced and comfortable stopover on our way further south.

  Very pleasant stay!

  We had a very pleasant stay to this lovely hotel. It was very clean...our pillows and sheets always had a smell of freshness which is very important for me. The mattress was super we had an excellent sleep. Quiet in general and in a convenient location just 2 km from plaza pillar. Also at the back side was a free parking place. We had also breakfast which was also good.And also not to forget mentioning about the price which was really super.   Avoid, it’s nowhere near the Centre as it claims.We booked a king size bed and got a small doubleWe overlooked the bins, constant noise from the next door restaurant, free WiFi for only two devises per room, seriously in 2018!Eventually gave us a second code which we had to renew every 24 hours!WiFi very intermittent Not sure one of the towels in the bathroom was fresh for our arrival, no spare toilet roll.Second day we had to ask for toilet rolls, bathroom not cleaned at all properly, wrapper for soap stayed on the bathroom counter for three days, still there when we left.There is a frosted glass panel in the bathroom wall, so if you go to use it in the night, the light wakes up your partner.Only one lift seemed to work, and that was very jerky and noisy.Only one key card issuedWe left an iPad charging cable behind, they refused to post to us, suggested we return for it or send a courier!Has to be one of the worst hotels I have ever been in, shame I can’t give it a zero rating.
