Disappointing comeback
I had stayed three years ago and loved it so I wanted to repeat the experience. Bad idea. The shower leaked after using it. Breakfast poor variety of local food. Spa floor in really bad condition damaged and lifting. Spa showers with mold. A little disappointed
Lovely room and bed which was very comfortable and clean. The 23€ for parking is a little expensive with most hotels wherever you go charging 10-15 per night/day for parking. We were quoted 15€ per person to use the spa so went for a look. We had stayed here previously and were not charged to use the pool etc and at that time (possibly 5 or 6 years ago) we thought it was a little rundown and sligh… Lovely room and bed which was very comfortable and clean. A good hotel but not clear why it's rated as 5-star
The hotel Reina Petronila is definitely a good place to stay in you don't mind being a bit far from the city center.That being said, I am not quite sure what makes it a 5-star hotel. It's clean and nice and very everything, but 5-star? Is it the small swimming pool? Maybe, but unfortunately it was not heated and not that nice in a cold winter month. Mediocre hotel with poor internet
This is a mediocre hotel. The staff are very nice but it is lacking. Stayed there for a business meeting and the internet barely worked. It is not especially well located.
