It is the second time we stay to this hotel, but it it is worst from year to year. The attitude of the recepcionist and the manager is unprofesionale. When we arrived they said that the parking is free, and when we leave we had to pay the parking. My experience was beyond horrible. I checked in to discover two large stains right next to the bed. One on the right side and one on the foot of the bed. It looks like someone got sick or went to the bathroom on the carpet. They did not clean it properly. The room should not have been rented. I've never been in a room that filthy. Room coffee machine, fridge and air con big bonuses. Great central location - tram line does go past front of hotel but window keeps most of the noise out. Check in was a little slow but member of staff was friendly. Bedroom was plain but clean and tidy. Excellent WIFI. Although overlooking a street it was quiet. Breakfast was a buffet and was well worthwhile. This hotel is a three star and situated right in the centre of town. It is 5 minute walk to the main square and surrounded by shops, bars and tapas restaurants. The reception staff are helpful and we were able to park our car in a public facility at a reduced rate. We had a quad room that was clean and generally well appointed.
