Great stay riding our motorcycles from calpe to Santander

Very friendly.the lady up graded us to the front bedrooms upstairs for no extra cost.the hotel is full of Spanish charm.there is a museum on site.we had evening meal and breakfast there .both were delicious and great value for the money.we also parked our motorcycles outside the hotel free off charge .we had a good walk around the town and had a beer ina bar in the plaza .Very friendly.the lady up graded us to the front bedrooms upstairs for no extra cost.the hotel is full of Spanish charm.there is a museum on site.we had evening meal and breakfast there .both were delicious and great value for the money.we also parked our moto…

An old building with character, for the rest it looks a little bit on its last leg. We stayed for one night and stayed for dinner. We wish we had made a different decision (from a service, food quality and house wine point of view). We stayed twice: once in February and once in March just as everything was closing due to Covid 19.Originally a palace, then a posada. Parking available immediately next door. The décor looks unchanged in 100 years – but this is not a derogatory comment. A bit hard to find, satnav didn't help and road works and a road closure for an antiques market outside the hotel didn't help but a very nice location. The building is beautiful and in the old part of the city. The room was spacious but could use a bit of maintenance. A bit of new paint and a new shower as hardly any water comes out.
